My little angel today is your 23rd month birthday, in a month will be 2 year old.
What a year it has been, i am very sorry how things turned out princess. I wish things were very different but unfortunately it's out of my control. I am sorry I am not there to see you thrive, believe me I would be there if I could.
I wanted to write to you on Christmas but I had limited access to the internet, i'm sorry. I did however give you a present which your mum has collected. I hope you enjoy your gifts and that you had a very nice Christmas, this was our first Christmas apart, I hope this doesn't happen very often.
On New Year's eve we had a 30 minutes Skype call and it made my day. You look so pretty and big, you wanted to sing 'old MacDonald had a farm' and we sang together, it was a lot of fun. I'm very thankful to your uncle D for helping us have some contact, he also said that you look a lot like me, it brought tears to my eyes then and now too. I love your chocolate botton eyes, just like daddy's.
My princess I wish you a year full of happiness in 2012.
